Here at Waddell Custom Homes, we have an established, time-proven process in building custom homes for over thirty years. It starts with a conversation, and we know that’s the key to ensuring a smooth and seamless home building experience. Our process begins and ends with communication, and we’ll always provide you with details each step of the way as it relates to the following:

Design Studio
When building with us, you have the luxury to customize and create a home that’s uniquely yours. Our recently built Design Studio is furnished with the elements you’ll choose from to curate a home that’s a reflection of you and your style. Deana, our in-house Designer, who is up to date on all the latest trends and styles, will carefully guide you through the selection process. Throughout the build, she works closely with you and our team to ensure all the details of your home are just the way you want them.
